§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Privacy Policy provisions apply to persons using the Website located at URL: https://www.hoteltobaco.pl/
    and apply from 26.05.2025.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform that:

  1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract (legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. handling inquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. consideration of complaints and claims (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. storage of documentation and fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending newsletters (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of services provided – enquiring about completing surveys or answering a few questions regarding service quality (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the terms of the given consent.

If the person has given consent to data processing (legal basis: art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data are processed until the consent is withdrawn, but after that period information about who, when, and what consent was given may be archived (for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims). We use the services of software companies and maintain IT systems, with whom we have appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality.
